• Real-time service ticket visibility: Track the status of service tickets generated by network fault alerts.
• ATM/ITM connectivity & monitoring: Our remote teams verify the online/offline status of ATMs/ITMs and their connection to the CSG server.
• Quarterly security updates: Ensure ATM/ITM security through regular remote Microsoft software patch management and reporting.
Diagnostics-Network Alert Remote Fixes
Our dedicated team proactively monitors network fault alerts 24/7 to minimize ATM/ITM downtime. Service tickets are generated and addressed accordingly, with email notifications sent to keep customers informed about the resolution process.
Remote Resolve Team (RRT)
NuSource’s Level 2 techniciansprovide advanced remote support for complex ATM/ITM issues that cannot be resolved through standard diagnostics. The RRT possesses the expertise to update ATM/ITM software, configure settings, and implement necessary changes to restore optimal functionality. Available M-F 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. to prevent prolonged downtime.
